Hey guys...thank you all for your love and encouragement on my blogs...Appreciate!! This very blog is a bit special as am penning it down for a very dear friend of mine. CHAPPAN KI CHAATI and FEKU have been the term synonymous with the nation's growth and the so called doubts that have been created by Media called for this Introspection!! Here's a look at whether we are indeed Shining India?! 1. Politics and Politicians have never made the nation great...We the People have!! Alas some Politicians have used the Aam Aadmi jargon as their acronym...cough cough!! 2. 65 % population (we are the 2 largest mind you) is under the age of 35.More than 35 Million are offshore...talk about our biggest asset...Human Capital!! 3. Infrastructure is booming like never before....admit it guys...Metros did not exist 5 years back and frequent flyer was only for a few elite!!! 4. Savings....well just ask what the Mutual Fund managers are upto!!! The saving per capita is HUGEndrou...

The world around is zooming, the time lapses are getting shorter, the relationships around are being farcical and the lifespan itself getting shorter.... Just zooming in and out for sometime now and pondering on the God's most wonderful gift called Life or perhaps Lyf as it has become today!!! My view on the shortcuts that we take to make Lyf out of Life!! 1. Frns...ala Friends have disappeared only to appear on watsapp and share your lyf on Facebook....the personal chit chats are once in a true blue moon!! 2. Tym...ala Time is the best and the biggest reason/excuse that we all embark on for living the LYF. Running and living like a robot is now the 1st human nature!!! 3. Relationshps...with a missing I is the a pun intended!!! With the missing I, the WE of the relationships are about to be extinct!!! Live and let live mantra is being taken too seriously I guess!!! 4. Goals...Dreams...and blah have taken over a human soul to the extent that we fail to realise the vicious c...

2nd October is a public holiday in India and why not....We celebrate the Birthday of the Nations Father...Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi!!! The relevance of the Man in my views being penned down 1. The Partition was his decision....and we have soldiers and countrymen still dying out in and at LOC....whoever said ' If there is heaven on earth...it is kashmir..well yeah literally!!! 2. Majority of roads and structures in India are named after him....wonder do the Jams and potholes have some connections out there!! 3. Went to South Africa in early stage of life....South Africa had apartheid  (politically) and later are named Chokers  ( ala Cricket) 4. Nathuram Godse...an RSS man assassinated him....70 years later...we have a RSS man with almost 3/4th Majority ruling the roost!! Wat say Mitron!! 5. The last time Charkha( symbol) was being made famous was by Chandrachur singh via Chapa chapa charkha Chale!!! Well need I ignite any further Machis!!!

Going through My 2 year daughter's story books and explaining her the Moral behind them which end in a proverb more often than not makes me write on something that bit me and made me realise the true and harsh hidden truth behind them!! 1. 2019...the year where Narendra Modi will fight another election and where Mahendra Singh Dhoni will play perhaps his last World Cup!!! A small anecdote on the similarities that these 2 leaders( one of the country....another of country's religion) 1. The roots were modest...A chaiwala and a Railway TC!! 2. Weren't crafted for their fields...one started as a RSS man..another as a football goalkeeper!! 3. Took charge of the leadership in a disarray...one when Gujarat was messed up..another after 2007 world cup 1st round exit!! 4. 70 years of Independence!!! A lot of things have changed, evolved and eventually transformed the course of our Nation.I am sure most of all our history Books started with Mughals and then battle of Plassey to Independence Movement and then we shifted to CIVICS for the last part of the syllabus !! History books unchanged for past So many years with our country turning 71 are outdated and uninformed... Penning down few events post the  that have made India what she has turned out to be today!! 1. 1948...Nathuram Godse assassinated Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi..
