10 saal Aapke Naam!!!! Has been hammering our ears since past 2 months now. N why not, India's biggest sporting Bonanza had been underway!!!
IPL is 10 years old now. My take on this Entertainment - Blitz - Bowler Bashing- Money Spinning extravaganza.

1. A lot has changed in IPL...From DLF to Pepsi  to VIVO....from Lalit Modi to Rajiv Shukla...from Chennai to Pune!!
2. The IPL has made India an official home to lot many foreign players..West Indians are like our son in laws....Aussies aur guests...South Africans unwanted ones!!
3. The players over the years have changed their teams....the coaches...the mentors....I mean Rahul Dravid to mentor Delhi is a sham!! Delhi already has a Rahul  (ala women empowerment) Gandhi!!
4. IPL is the only way one can draw a cultural connect between chennai n Pune!! After all Misal and Rasam aren't a draw!!
5. IPL is where and only where one can see the likes of Gaurav kapoor, Akash Chopra, shibani dandekar, Charu Sharma   being employed...!!
6. The IPL matches run for 3 hours...Extra innings and analyses by so called failures.....6 hours!!!
7. IPL is the reason why Suryavansham isn't been showcased on Sony for 2 months!!!
8. Gautam Gambhir for KKR reminds us of Gautam Gambhir against Pakistan!!!
9. Ambanis in IPL remind us of their Forbes Ranking!!



10. Korbo Lorbo Jeetbo is Mamta Banerjee's alta meter !!
11. MAHENDRA (singh) BAHUBALI is still India's Heartthrob!!!
12. IPL has sponsors...for everything...fours...sixes...fans...wickets...dot balls....commentators...me...my maid...driver....Anthem....umpire....ravi shastri....chunkey pandey....saddam hussain!!!!! Ahhhaaaa...let's just call it a Six and not a VIVO VODAFONE PEPSI RELIANCE JIO SONY LUX NOKIA PATANJALI SIX!!!!
13. The uniforms of every IPL team are filled in with sponsor Logos....even the abdomen guard I feel is sponsored by Itchguard!!!
14. IPL has to be credited with giving India it's Test team....I mean barring Pujara and Karun Nair....the rest 9 are the stars of their respective teams (atleast at the Auctions)
15. RCB had to realise it the hard way!!! Their cheques are drawn from the banks where Mr. Mallya has defaulted!!! Ab bolo....Ulalala le O!!!

IPL is India's answer to the greatest Sporting Leagues and HOW!!
I feel IPL is like a Ganeshotsav or a Navratri in a country where Cricket is the most secular religion where we love our Kapil...Sunil...Azhar....Pathan...Bedi....Bhajji....Kaif...Yuvi....Dhoni n even Arun Lal!!
From Nehru to Nehra....Cricket has been our passion and the ever binding source of patriotism!! IPL has just given it a newer ...fresher outlook.

Kudos to the greatest of sporting Bonanzas that our generation is witnessing!!! Just a secret shout out to all of you out there.....
DUNIYA HILA DENGE HUM...HUM DUNIYA HILA DENGE!!! BLEED BLUE ...common Mumbai ( All hail Ambani)!!
